Duties


  1. Collecting information of the zone and updating them.
  2. Providing zonal information according to the necessities of Education & Higher Education Ministry, Provincial Education Ministry and Provincial Education Department.
  3. Updating Teacher necessities of schools with the co-ordination of Additional Zonal Education Director
  4. Taking steps to publish Zonal Educational Information Publications through the information system.
  5. Making zonal level plans and taking steps to activate them.
  6. Organizing progress management activities of the activate projects within the zone.
  7. Taking feedback reports for progress management tasks from In-charge officers of zonal level projects.
  8. Divisions related to providing of physical resources to the schools under the foreign aid project, Medieval Investment Plan and other projects.
  9. Collecting data of zonal schools , analyzing and reporting information to the particular.
  10. Participation of progress briefings related to various projects.
  11. Giving instructions to make annual reports ,collecting and maintaining of them.
  12. Tasks of zonal school census.
  13. Organizing school level planning tasks.
  14. Acting as officer in-charge of the zonal school structure committee and secretary of School structure committee and supporting Zonal Education Director regarding forwarding of recommendations for school structure committee of Provincial Education Department.
  15. School Rehabilitation Process.
  16. Conduct the principal’s meetings.
  17. Organizing office meetings.
  18. Approval of School name boards, Suvarniers and their duties.
  19. Other duties assigned by the Provincial Education Director/ Zonal Education Director any needful situation
